Tessolve is good company to work, and the managers are working day and night to promote the company manager will treat their employees as their children's... They can help a lot in an project, they even don't put leave for their family function that much sincere they are working one of my friend took leave for her sister marriage they have given 10 days leave, after 10 days he got double promotion, and another one friend just asked medical leave for that they have given some 20 days leave now she got the job in upsc......Read More

All good projects will get assigned to a linguistic T group. Because all sr people are belongs to the same and those will guide their own T group. Eventually T group is dominating here. others won't get any good opportunities with respect to projects. If the company(team) is not giving opportunity or exposure to you then that's a right time to come out of that team.
