There is decent growth for young engineers. And the onsite opportunities are the best part about working in terex.

No skill development, unworthy team leads, no knowledge managers, unskilled engineers and collegues. If you want to work 9-5 with no pressure no knowledge gain 2 days week off, carry buckets for management then this company is the best fit. Onsite managers dont care about the engineers until the work is done. No need to learn engineering to work for this company. Contracters treated with bias while unworthy on role people enjoy with very minimal work. Only some teams are worth working for. You can ask anyone from this company about what I have mentioned and you will get the same answer....Read More

The mid level management is a lot to take in. Salary is not upto market value, even though the learning opportunities are high. Team member is not treated as a capable engineer, always the management comes in between while taking a decision which any engineer is capable of doing

It truly depends upon the Teams and the sites that we support, the team I was supporting required late night presence hence I had flexible timings to begin at 2pm to 11.30pm. Few people come and go 9am to 6pm
