1. There is a dictator who will control entire company, which is like a single ownership small or middle scale companies. 2. If you are coming from sofisticated work environment (like proper rules regulations and good systems in place etc) it will be hard for you to adjust because here every year decision gets changed 3. Your futurehere desided based on how good your relationship with the dictator and his set of people. 4. In case if you are working for certain terex businesses, it may be hard for you because they still use outdated systems there is no PLM or a good technology product in place. I don't see that vision in senior leaders to bring one! They just talk in big forum but ground reality is the same. 5. Don't fall for their flattering words! While joining. Nothing is garanteed it's just gimic to get you inside. 6. On site opportunity is another scam lol because they give you peanuts and you need to struggle after going to onsite. 7. More than technical knowledge you need political gimics and tactics to survive here 8. Reward and recognition is another scam! Because if you are from "certain team" you will get rewards for copy pasting and others even if you put patents you won't get anything. 9. Don't expect much salary hike after joining, in fact by giving peanut to you dictator will get good salary hike hehe I mean it's all depends on his mood or his needs will decide....Read More
