The food they provide is good! That is the only thing I felt satisfied with this company.

Dislikes

No one will teach or try to train your skills, no respect will be given, there are only few knowledgeable persons and they are also busy with their work. Compensation is very low. They are just using graduates for their profit. They also terminate us without informing.

As a B.E graduate you can't become permanent employee without reference from the higher authorities. Here they will select you as a trainee with minimum salary of 10k₹ and after one year you will get pissed off on the job because here authorities sucks a work of graduates won't teach/train them technically...

It was good Atmosphere to work. Study things related to our career.I love the fact that I am in a team of worlds leading manufacturer.

Work load is very high . When work is started we have to work like a machine but company do not value our efforts.Salary is very low according to our work.
