Gold plated wooden 'employee of the quarter' trophies that are more than the employees. One employee of the year trophy was questionable considering, I didn't see a name written on it.

Their structure is an inverse triangle. The BAs doing all the work are two, while there are dozens of Project Managers running around completely lost as their delivery manager Raheem is a rude Tarzan with no management skills. He ruthlessly throws people under the bus whenever they fail to meet the delivery needs. Fat shaming, and mental abuse is a common sight.

The company hier GET on a one year contact basis after that they will remove you and hier fresh one their is no future for fresher because no one is going to tell you anything. Second thing is that their is no job security in this company.
