The company is open to provide. Clean air to the enviormwnt. I Love the fact that i m part of team that reliable and hiagh quality products and has global clientbase.Work enviorment is fair to the trainee engineer, no importance what u have study and what u accept from the job are not fullfilled. But the cuture of mnc and guildelines of safety are strictly followed.

The salary are not enough than the work we do. No innecetives and other thing are provided.Politics are more as compare to other mnc.

My work is as a operator on ylm bending machine.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Everything, they never give you a growth on basis of your performance. Once you joined as what ever department or post you will never get a promotion and trainee engineer is taken as a labour, never give you a preference as a employee. Worst experience at tenneco also low salary

Here we are operating the robot and teaching the robot. Here there is no job security and work environment is very good

Here only they have to use the freshers that means only use and throw bcoz they don't continue the trainee as a permanent basis.And salaray also poor.
