My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. As an intern, there was no work assigned besides sales to like something about.

Dislikes

First off, i feel the product is a namesake for interns to bring in sales. They offer no actual product, they don't even have an app being an e media company. Then they manipulate rather threaten interns into selling the subscription among our circle until we reach the absurdly high target. So basically we have to pay for a intership certificate.

Enthroned we had to ask for work and when the work was assigned no proper guidance was given. This was a paid internship, when it was time for our payment the company directly declined to pay any stipend. For this we raised complaint but no response from any authorized person.
