Telus International has few people at Executive level who donot understand the complexity of business since they do not have the expertise and still want to run the show without considering any suggestions or views from the expert team member. This stubborn attitude of management has already affected the team & business this year and there are chances that they loose the game in coming years. It would be difficult for them to survive in consulting business. They may do better in call center business....Read More

Their amazon process is worst, the management gave lot of pressure to their employees in terms of and terminate them frequently, there is no work ethics and the politics they do is the biggest challenge. No one can survive in this type of atmosphere if the management is not supportive. Just to promote their family & friends they are promoting and giving the team managerial role to really incompetent people who doesn't even know the mean of team management and other aspects of this role. Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays. Salary is always on time and colleagues are ok

Management is worst no support, whenever you ask for solution only you will get excuses. You can be kicked out anytime with XYZ reason. No work life balance total worst. Cab facility is totally trash they will drop you one hour before your shift and nobody cares.

Telus is a very well known and also my experience with telus is very wonderful but the prossec I am working in is not at all good no work balance but if I talk about it’s an amazing company to work with as fresher ambiance is amazing cab facilities on time salary’s perfect ☺️
