This was the worst company I've worked for. Pathetic work culture & environment.

Dislikes

Dirty politics within the organization. Unhelpful and pathetic leadership team who always targets their employees and through them out without any reason. 0 job security. No appraisals or appreciation from the peers.

Teams act really slow , if you are active and would love to grow. Here you can grow yourself. You need to learn here by yourself no certification badge in your CV or course will be provided here for your growth. Work culture and colleagues are good. Don't expect job security here, management will always support their reference people only, doesn't matter if you are an outstanding workaholic person.

Dislikes

Under this organization, their is job insecurity. They will promote and save reference people. You will find multiple groups of families those are working under each other. During covid bad situation - Project ramp down, HR have been instructed to save reference people and they didnt even crossed check whether they are asking excellent & outstanding rating team member to leave the company, inspite they saved poor performance candidates with poor official rating....Read More
