The best thing of working in Xavient is its is work culture, you never feel that this is a professional working environment it was more of your personal work , the atmosphere is the organization is pretty much relaxed will all the employees living in harmony , I have worked from small to large organization , but I have not seen such a better working atmosphere than Xavient,every chap is pretty much relaxed with the work...Read More

The Micro -management at managerial level and the understanding of the complexity of a process at a technical aspect is pretty much obsolete and manager need to be technically sound about the work which wwe are doing

As a network support engineer for Telus Intrernational L2 profile, which encompasses monitoring , configuration of wan , T1 testing , adsl testing , vendors routers and switches include CISCO, JUNIPER, ONE ACCCESS, MRV-OPTISWITCH

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
