Nothing... STUPID MINDLESS WORK GOES AROUND HERE. Data entry for all level of employees except for TL and above, who just boss round.

Dislikes

1. Lies on the JD. All everyone does in data entry 2. No leaves 3. No client just the mindless work with no aim 4. Directors are either a fool themselves and are being fooled by people here in charge in the name of fancy products, which really are full of dump. Directors are happy listening to great product name but don't have a freaking idea, what the product is supposed to function like 5. high polictics 6. Low salary raise, even when you work hard. They will promise stars and at the year end, show their true colors 7. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS IF YOU HAVE TO, ASK FOR FAT SALARY LIKE 100%-200% HIKE. THEY WILL GIVE IT AS THERE ARE NO PEOPLE LEFT. REMEMBER.... JD IS NOT WHAT THE JOB IS....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
