The delay in increments became a norm but this time, looks like they are even thinking if they should continue with the increment system. The salaries are definitely no longer per the industry standards. The company refuses to make a payment towards the internet and electricity costs. The top management individuals get internet dongl es from the company (I guess) but the middle management, doesn't get it with an argument that they are getting good salaries. Also, the electricity cost is not paid and that is a very high proportion during summers due to the Indian hot summers wherein the employees have to use separate AC if they decide to work in a separate room to e able to focus. The inflation has increased so much and the delay from the company's side to correct the salaries is unacceptable even if they later decide to increase the salaries. They left the employees under stress for now....Read More
