Zero work life balance. They curse when you utilize your 1 hr break, only 30 food break is freely given as per their wish. During Off-boarding they mischievously deteriorate salary processing, and eventually forfeit some or full money. Initially they provide cabs and later gradually unprovide once or twice in a week by giving various excuses of vehicle damage etc and at the time of reimbursement they miscalculate it and again forfeit some money.
