Rude team leader. Hurdles after work on almost daily basis. Too much pressure on work floor. One literally have to go in a fight with the team leader to take a casual leave. Even for going to the washroom a person needs to take permission. 20 minutes to have lunch. It was a terrible experience. I am never going back to TELEMINDS. NEVER

Every things was bad. Only salary came on time.

Overtime. Salary was very low. I worked 14-15 hours every day. And they didn't give any overtime pay. Every day I reached to home jn 10.30p.m or 11 p.m. Company didn't provide any transport. Company didn't give any sequrity for back office employees.
