I just wasted my time working in TNS . Interviewer here were very irresponsible , no contactable works , Payments were not made in time . I suffered a lot for working here . If I would have invested my time and effort I would have got much outcomes. People of the organisation are really hopeless , unfaithful . I request nobody should work and waste there valuable time .

Dislikes

If I start mentioning the dislikes it would take several hours so I m mentioning by point . 1. Interviewer are not at all qualified at all and they say they are HS pass. According to me an illiterate person can work better then those persons. 2. Regarding training session there were no proper corporation with the executive and supervisor, interviewer . The briefing work use to be done by supervisor only . 3. Here, Interviewer or Supervisor there is no bright future . You might be kick out at any movement of time . This is not because of failure in work is because of non cooperation with the executive regarding working as interviewer / supervisor cum peon . 4. Here you can't get any growth . I have seen people working for 10 to 15 at the same position , hardly it might be promoted to interviewer to supervisor level. 5. Now I want to tell about salary . There is no fixed time of getting your salary . You might work in the month of January 2019 and you might not get you salary in January 2020 . This is the main reason why people dislikes the job . Here people are from very backward place and if we people don't get salary at time how will the person feed his / her family . Think logically . 6.lastly I want to tell that if this kind of organisation don't observe or analysis the problem faced by we interviewer and supervisors then the day is not faar when there will be lack of working persons . I have seen people working for 10 to 15 years in the same position and cried for the wrong choice for the carrier in Market research . Work Details

Firstly I was an interviewer and after proper knowledge of work I have been promoted to supervisor level . We use to conduct survey and take feedback of the respondent based on company guidelines. Translation, transcription were also done .
