Maximum job satisfaction, Maximum job security and fantastic office environment. Work life balance not so much almost 12 to 14 hours at work but we'll compensated with over time and highest night shift paying company.

Dislikes

Work life balance sucks (But well compensated financially) and growth is very SLOW (But steady)

Recognition of talent when I worked there, the senior management recognised me directly without any mid managers initially.

Dislikes

Later when I was made to report to mid-level managers, I became a victim of their nasty egos and politics, and finally I was handed to a great leader who identified my tech stack skills and made me mentor for some of the tools and troubleshooting critical issues handled good projects. I think the company is now acquired by Kantar group and it should be good.
