I wanted to share my recent internship experience with Telaverge Communications , hoping it might help others make informed decisions. As a final-year B.Tech CSE AIML student, I was excited to join their team, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Here are the challenges I faced: - I was assigned a job role completely different from what I applied for, which left me feeling confused and unprepared. - As a fresher, I expected some training and guidance, but unfortunately, I received almost zero support and was expected to work with advanced technologies on my own. - The work culture was unsatisfactory, with colleagues who were unresponsive and very rude, making it difficult to collaborate or seek assistance. There was no teamwork as such. If I asked for help, they simply refused by saying it's not their job. - My team lead never even bother to tell me what was i supposed to do. I have to ask him multiple times that what do i have to do then he would say. Disgusting - The IT team was unresponsive, ignoring my server issues and delaying my work for 4-5 hours. When they finally replied, it was hours later, causing significant hindrances. - I used to work for 12-14 hours for the job even upto 11:30 pm at night. I tried my best but unfortunately it was not worth it. - Without notice, my account was terminated, and I received an email from HR criticizing my poor performance. - To top it all off, I worked for 7-8 days without compensation or explanation. And now they blocked my number. I felt frustrated and disheartened.
