There is one aspect I find challenging, and that is the working hours. the standard 6-8 hour workday is not overly long, but the main issue for me is having to work at night. Due to the operations in the USA and our team being based in India, night shifts are required to maintain seamless communication and collaboration. While I understand the necessity, it can challenging to adjust nocturnal schedule sometimes impact work-life balance.
