Excellent work culture, management is very supporting and employee oriented. HR policies and employees self service portal is in place for employees. Fair HR practices. I would like to work in future as well.

Dislikes

Nothing, ERP can be implemented for smooth transactions within the departments.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Need more employee engagement activities like annual sports , annual meets , team outing , celebration of festivals with more zeal and resources . facilities at all locations must be similar like facilities related to Employee welfare , which are being provided to USA & Europe must be provided to India location

People making money through unethical means and no action from management. No policies, no clarity no process. Centralization of authority. Few people feel very unsafe if someone start doing better than them. Survival by flattering bosses and doing their personal work. Not a good and productive culture. Hiring people without clarity.
