codebase of Tekion is very good, you can grow very much while understanding the current code base.

Dislikes

hikes and appraisal are very bad, They basically want to remove their old employees, it is how it feels like. Rating structure also differs from team to team, so if you work same as some another employee of different team, your hikes' may vary.

Fast development is happening but without proper planing and implementation of the features it's very hard to keep up everything in check.

Zero work life balance. And despite working for 14hr straight (including weekends) managers are not happy and call you irresponsible. Pathetic company and work culture. Don't go for stocks, they are selling dream in return of your life.
