Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quit interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I worked as an Assistant Professor in Department of Civil Engineering for around 6 months. I am giving some points in detail: 1. Teammates: This is the only positive thing about this university. I made some wonderful friends. Some people are wonderful and cooperative. But there are also people who have ruined the environment of the departments. 2. Training and job security both are worst. There is no such thing exist in this university. 3. Career Growth: No increments, no promotions. Nothing is there for the employees. 4. Salary/Appraisal: Salary is very less. The people with PhD in basic science are earning around 35 thousand per month. You will always fill the appraisal form and they will throw it in dustbin. 5. Travel: You will have to travel for irrelevant tasks at the time of admission. Any task can be assigned to you. 6. Politics: There are lot of shameless under-qualified people who call themselves professors. So, they play dirty politics games for survival. These so called Professors are the reason of the degradation of the Institute. 7. Learning: You can learn how to work on Sundays. You can learn how to perform irrelevant stuffs. You can learn politics. Most of the bad things, you can learn in the campus. 8. Work Environment: The work environment is very poor. Teaching is a secondary thing. There are irrelevant paper works, files and even unofficial works which you can't expect. 9. Innovation: This thing doesn't exist there. Research output is zero. Research paper? Oh man, they even don't know about this stuff. 10. Work life balance: The work place will try to ruin the work life balance in every manner, but I survived because I had some wonderful friends there....Read More
