Nice comfortable family like environment with good growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Sometimes work load gets heavy and need to balance that by extra working. Any ways that's not company's fault.

Work Details

It will be sinusoidal. Based on Work load and project. Overall manageable

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
