Extremely high work pressure due to limited resources. Employees should focus only about finishing the job even if it takes to work to continuously for 48hours . Despite working that many hours there is always a fear of job security. This is the company which takes least care about employees personal life and work life balance.

-Exteemely high Work pressure . There is no time limit . Everyday min 10hrs to 18hrs. Sometimes extended till 48hours. Despite that there is always a fear of job security. -Zero employee benefits -Poor project management - Zero care about employees and work life balance. - Managers are hopeless
