Site culture poor Not Proper coordination

Opportunity for small sub contractor employee because tecnimont private limited always hire them through agency.

Employees thinks as well as HR thinking is very bad.

1. No one clear about project things 2. Lot of work pressure (which is unnecessary) 3. In Hand salary is much much less compared to others 4. Weekend working and late night workings 5. As per HR policy Saturday and Sunday is off.......(You may get 💡 what I am trying to say, 😜)

1. Zero Management in engineering design. 2.Work life balance is worst. Company has 5 days (8hrs/day) working but still you have to work 7 days of a week (you get 2 days of compoff for sat & sun) and that to extra hours i.e 10/day. 3. Engineering done is vague. Tecnimont's Indian management is worst. The people only chase for targetdates and dont look up for quality of working. All senior level people gets some bonus for completing targets on given date and for which they pressurized working level engineers on very high extent. They dont expect quality from you only expect quantity. 4. Engineering standardization is worst. 5. Actual engineering is not in their hands everything has been decided by Tecnimont milan. You just have to do Mechanical work in India. 6. Knowledge growth chances are zero. 7. Drafting modellers has more authorites than engineer. 8. There is nothing for fresh engineers.
