Only Two days you may like to work in tecnimont are Cricket tournament. - Salaries are very less as compared to market standard - Every department leads have MBO targets to complete so they exploit people in every aspect. - Tecnimont has more lawyers than Engineer s - If you join here as a trainee here then you can consider you will stay here for almost 7-8 years. They treat trainee as a document controller. - HSE/Project/Utility/process departments are good to work. - But if you are looking for piping/civil/instru here then I would suggest you to start selling Vadapaavs than joining here.
