There is no job security in the company. The company can fire you at any time. The biggest delights is the point. That the company gives one month and 2 months extension.

Quality work. Excellent Leadership. Talented and Experience Employees. Project Quality is good. Properly follow all procedure. Good exposure. One of the Best company in EPC.

Salary is low. Working Hours is more. No work life balance. Tremendous work pressure. No acknowledgement of work and less chances of Promotion. More work at Mid Manager and lower manager level. HR policies are not good. There is no cultural program by HR. Annual Gathering, project gathering is very low. HR is not trained. Social gathering is low. No entertainment at all.
