I joined there as a fresher, and it was a great experience where I learned a lot and explored more on the field of PPC also they are open to work-related suggestions where you can take up the responsibility and test things. But once you have gained a decent experience there is no worth staying there because the pay is very less.

Everyone's concern about the company was very less pay also increment was provided once in a year even though you prove yourself

The management in India lacks respect towards the employee. They run the office like a slave trade and the SEO/PPC manager is an unprofessional narrow-minded individual who tries to hurt the employees under him using personal remarks. The core team is based in Canada, they are a bunch of great people, are soft-spoken and respect their employees unlike the management in India.
