I could not understand what they want from employees. They lost vision of company only to make employees career at stake. Recruitment is done very unscientifically, juniors are paid more than Senior and good organization for people who knows politics and not for sincere and hard working people. No job security. Dont know when HR comes and tells today is last working day and assures one month salary. Not clear whether it is a Gross or Basic salary and in time period when we are going to get. PF deducted from employee salary and not paid to PF account. Tax deducted and not paid to IT dept. Since past 1 year salary not paid on due date, gives excuses and year end closing etc..... when all other companies able to pay. Over all i don't recommend to any one to join, its up to them....Read More

I worked as a Team leader in Techwave, but when I submitted my resignation, the way treated me completely changed, and the worst part is that they skipped me to invite me for the team lunch with the team and leads. When I asked them, they conveyed that Associate Vice President Sarada Akshintala want to save the lunch money, which is why they skipped me to invite the team lunch.

The Top level management is excellent and they frequently connect across the team, that is managing upward and downward. Techwave always spends time on R&D and allocated budget on new technologies to assess, through which it caters their customers very well in suggesting a right tool for their problem. Work life balance, this changes from team to team purely depends on the frontline managers.

Job security, when I say about this it doesn’t mean you will be fired anytime, a proper feedback, 360 degree evaluation is not clear due to which there will be lack of feedback due to which the resource will feel pigeon holed. Minor flaws in administrative departments where people keep self grudge and delay work on personal agendas.Blame game, end of the day when something doesn’t work, people start cornering others.
