Work culture is awesome you can work their in day to night 24/7 without OT (then also no one appreciates you)

You feel like you are worse than labour. No support from management they set the target date of short duration so that they will get project but employees has to pay that mistake by doing work in day/night. I feel like I was labour who has no any other life due to their submission. Manager is worse Mr. Jignesh ji if he target you in beginning you are gone till you are in company , he will target you blame you for little things.
