There are few people in organization who are sitting to spread bad news about other people,Lot of politics involved. Some time no project at all,And they will blame saying no skills have been upgraded.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
