No product culture. Bureaucratic top and middle management, lot of mind games on the resource by top management directly and through middle management, to achieve nothing, but to demotivate and extract as much as they can on both the sides. No trust on employees (if resource is not replying to messages or attending calls for 15 min, management will ask HR or line manager to discuss and update, this discussion may go for 1hr. Trying to use this as a negative factor through out the tenure with them). Making experienced new comers to train juniors on low budgets and sendoff when maximum extraction is done. No appraisal and intention to pay variable at all, for several months after due date, until either the resource leaves or they sendoff, this is the case also for employees hopelessly with them for long term. If they want to relieve an employee for their needs, hr will call at 6:00 pm to inform it as the last working day as a surprise, and notice pay will not be given as per papers signed to give it as resignation, if settlement asked as per agreement, then they threaten to put remark as termination.
