there is a long list for that. max to max 6 % hike in 1.5 to 1.8 year time period. salary will come at the end of next month near 25 -26 ( before 15 no need to expect). Management won't listen and make you adaptable for their exploited environment. Fire you anytime without any warning or else. notice period is of 3 months in whichthey hold the salary of 1st and 3rd month and full & final will come in after 60/90 days or your last working day and in installment or basic salary and when ask to management they wont listen at all. Though this company would have a great culture but no.When I left the company they informed me that they will settle the FNF amount in 120 and currently it is 220+ days where they treat employees like a slave and make them work overnight. Despite calling the HR team they were not providing the update on my FNF Amount even though on posting it on LinkedIn they don't care .Main thing is they don't care any of there employees seriously...Read More
