Everything in the office especially pratibha are the worst, as she makes the rules as per her feasibility. The company is not employee friendly, all initiatives taken from the HR team is company centric instead of employee friendly. Except providing the salary on time, no other benefit is visible here, as even for variables which are offered in their salary structure people have to wait or forget. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
