I was fired fried from Technopak in November 2018 when I approached government officials and authorities for my pending dues October that year (7 months' pending salary, 5 years' reimbursements, 5 years' PF contribution, TDS on salary, all other flexi components of salary which were overdue by 2-3 years. Key management people were the most arrogant and unethical (or inhumane I must say) when it came to addressing employee concerns or grievances redressal. This has happened to numerous others whenever they asked for the rightful dues. Hope this is enough to sum up job security, work culture, management, company policies etc.

Dislikes

Lack of courtesy, vision and empathy towards employees by the top 3 bosses of the company. Otherwise I consider myself fortunate to had worked with brightest of minds in consultancy services domain (alas they were/are just employees like me)!
