There is nothing to like about this company. If anyone is looking for a job this company, better to stay in employed for few months and get the better offer from some other company.

Dislikes

Work culture is too bad. No human respect. Fires on the same day without any prior notice and without the salary. Salary gets delayed by months. Boss is too rude and weird person.

I have worked with the founder - Paras Gaba directly just for 3-4 months. But he kind guy I have ever met, a highly knowledgable, experienced person for all your technical needs.

Pay-Scale is not that huge, as it boot-strapped company. But you can learn a lot from people working in TechnoGripper Solutions, just like Vijay Nimje, Nishu Verma, and Krati Aggarwal. I personally learned a lot of core things about the IT Industry especially from Paras.

The mentors, who were the owner of the company were expert in multiple works and they taught me many valuable things related to contents writing of different industries. My teammates were very friendly and cooperative natured people.
