Mai company me senior Account officer ke pad pe kary kar raha hu, pichle 20 sal se ,company ke Owner bahut hi acche hai. HUM sabhi kam bhi bahut flexilibility ke sath karte hai ,hamare salary bhi company me 7 se 10 ki date tak aa jati hai. sath me kam karne wale employees sabhi acche hai.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
