I joined start on 3Pl Roll

Dislikes

In 3PL company is thinking Different, There is no Befit to 3 pl employees, company is given important only on Onroll employees, not given important to 3Pl employees.

As 3PL employee not good , no salary hike past 3years, if I Required transfer other location in 3 Pl not possible

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

On Roll employee ki company is given health insurance entire family , but the same off roll not heath coverage not provided.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
