The most liked attribute of Technip India Limited is the working culture and providing equal opportunities for the aspiring employees. Skilled persons get good travelling outside and if the employee is placed in right department he will get good motivation by offshore assignments basedon his skill demonstration. Team spirit is high and people learn to rise to challenging occasions. Dislikes

Work life balance needs some improvement. Retrenchment policies require some criteria based on merit which is affecting brain drain just to implement the policy which require some review and improvement.

As I was leading then heading the Stress Section (16+ years) , I could get lot of satisfaction in technical aspect of my work . Due to cooperation of my teammates , could able to find new avenues to motivate myself even when we are with less job orders.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
