Management really supports work life balance. Great professional environment. Great benefits like Mediclaim includes OPD, Annual Health Check Up, Great Bonus. Great Safety culture.

Some departments dont really have work life balance. Company just says that they support all internal job transfers. But thats not really true for foreign opportunities. Upper management and middle management views on Employee Employer relationship differs.

The cultural activities are good to boost employees however management do not boost their subordinates to involve.

Management. They never involve with the subordinates to check their growth and satisfaction in terms of work and team work. Once you resign, everyone pretends to be a part of your personal growth.

No perks, benefits or paid holidays for contract employees. They don't absorb contractual employees into payroll easily especially Piping Layout Department.
