Technicolor is parent company for MPC Mill film visual effect studios and Other sister company in animation and games. Seriously lacks good senior leadership the company goal is to make more profit undermine the wellness of employees underpaid and seriously needs to work on work and employee work life balance. Earlier the Management was very good in terms of over all working experience, however silent layoffs started and multiple changes in the leadership lead to harsh decisions and employee dissatisfaction.

Dislikes

Leadership is not professional even though mid management is good, the higher authorities are not supportive, less transparency in promotions, salary hike. Frequent layoffs (silent though!)

My Supervisor, Company is really wasting money on him, rather they can take 2 freshers, he doesn't have proper knowledge, technically week and very bad attitude, such person damage companies image, chews gutka always in office

Stability, they will tell all their job is safe and it will be followed by layoffs, then will re-assure the remaining team, follow the almost the inmediate day with layoffs, cycle continues
