Earlier the Management was very good in terms of over all working experience, however silent layoffs started and multiple changes in the leadership lead to harsh decisions and employee dissatisfaction.

Leadership is not professional even though mid management is good, the higher authorities are not supportive, less transparency in promotions, salary hike. Frequent layoffs (silent though!)
