Sreejit Panicker is the main reason for dislike who is a non tech managers managing 25-30 tech persons. Even he doesn't know anything about technical. He is just preparing to shut down organization. He is instructing technical person senior and junior and he was totally from non technical background and spoiling and mental harass their team and force them to leave the company . He will first engage u in multiple task and if you fail he will manipulate to Pratibha and she never listen to employee's problem and she will directly agree to sreejit and whole company is biased . If you are not their favourite one then they will create a scenario all together and force u indirectly that you yourself will leave the company and even if you will not then they will put you in pip no matter how much experience do have. They will disrespect and throw u out within a sec . Also they will not pay you one month salary and left you no where . The only things I liked about Techment is there are some good people and good managers who supports their people unconditionally. That helped me in learning and growing as a software professional. Everything else apart from the actual work force is totally trash and because of that along with other people I am also very sad and frustrated.
Oh..there is a list, I won't be able to say much but here are some major points: 1. Lack of visibility - Leadership team comes after 3-4 months in AMA or townhall and say some points but many things doesn't make any sense if see what they want to achieve and what they are doing actually. Strictly talking about the management. 2. US team expansion: Top people think that we are fools and many blunder has been made. Sales director/top person has been hired two times but both left after sucking up our hard earned money and management is silent about it. They think that we don't know this but for their information we do care when it comes to our appraisal and salary. Since it has direct impact on our salary so I have to say this that when you make mistakes then you have to own it. Due to their ego they never own any mistakes 3. Fired many people abruptly without any prior notification. When you have the PIP system then why fire people so suddenly. If you are not able to pay people then say so and follow your own example of reducing salary of the people and let them keep their job 4. Appraisal: When you are showing 35+ % of revenue growth and number of people are not so much increased then by just saying that one quarter was bad is showing that you take us for fools. If there is financial problem in the company then you should be open and people will stand by your side but saying such nonsense is clearly indication that you have different agenda. 5. Sales team: I don't know what they are doing, so much noise is made but result is poor. So much money has been spent on US hiring but do we even have any account what was spent and what was earned by that. Who is answerable for this loss? 6. Training department: I won't take name but I am very much traumatised by training department due to the non stop changing direction. No direction and no backbone. Simply taking orders and ordering around people. This is one of the most horrible experience. 7. Girls safety: I can't even mention the words and happenings. When there are incidents and it's reported then HR and POSH team simply does nothing. I go to know from seniors that COO was fired due to huge issue and I was impressed by that thinking this is hight of justice but in last two year I know a couple of incidents which were reported but was handled very poorly without any sentiments. HR and top management is guilty of this. I will only be able to work in this company until I get better option then I will resign. I sincerely wanted to stay in bhilai for life but looking at current management and decisions, I think they themselves want to shutdown the company by taking such decisions and not looking at the problems. Just by having stick in hands won/t help but you have to act and take responsibility. In my right mind I will never suggest anyone to join this company unless you are in desperate need of a job....Read More

They prioritize favouritism over the talent we have, so hardworking employees don't get recognition they deserve. It is better to look better job. The HR manager plays the favourites and ignores all the concerns employees have. The company grew 36% YoY in 23-24 and yet the appraisal is differed by a quarter. The main reason is increasing cost in US which is due to poor and incompetent hire in sales, success manager, board advisor, family members as board director who never participated in office matters and other incompetent and biased roles who all together didn't get any new sales and added to the cost. And the price had to be paid by a competent and consistent India team and on top of that the narrative is set that the most performing team is not good enough and needs to work better. The direction set by the US board advisor is pathetic where he is asking entire team to learn and move to data 100% in one year whereas only 6% penetration is there in current situation and should rest 94% just move away from product engineering and not put efforts to up skill and learn? Nothing to like. The work culture is pathetic. Management only cares and raises the salaries of managers. Subordinates are like laborers to them. They use harsh words, do false reporting, and there's so much to suffer. They don't address issues when someone complains about the manager. They just keep quite and let people suffer with such rude, intolerant, unethical, moral-less team managers.
Everything. When you complain about seniors, they keep quiet and then ask why subordinates and juniors are not performing. Still, they will give all raises to such senior members.
