As this Industry is growing day by day and it's a need of the hour so it's quite essential to grab all the knowledge about this industry to sharpen your skills and grow yourself parallelly.

You have to give exact 45 Hours a Week. And I think that for a person like me who took 3 Hours total traveling time for a day it get's a bit difficult to reach on time to make my 9 hour shift complete.

Overall my experience is bad with Techmagnate's accounts department which is the prime example of incompetence and negligance. Their inability to manage basic tasks and provide satisfactory customer services only added to the frustration and already disappointing engagement with the company.

I don't like how the people were perceived there, the senior mangers were biased. I don't want to take names and all, but the current senior manger there is awful he made me feel bad about my job, created difficulty with my pay and what not. And for the colleagues, there were people who just don't work. A employee there in the content department just spends here whole day in mobile phone and don't do her work.
