Job Overview:
The City Business Head will oversee and manage all digital marketing operations in the designated city. The role focuses on business development, revenue growth, client management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, team leadership, and client relations while driving the overall success of the city's business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's digital marketing footprint within the city.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance service offerings.
- Set short- and long-term business goals in alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients by creating and implementing sales strategies.
- Drive the city's revenue growth by achieving targets for sales, client acquisition.
3. Market Analysis & Competitor Research:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Adapt strategies based on local market insights and evolving customer preferences.
4. Financial Management:
- Oversee the city's budget for digital marketing operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor profit and loss (P&L) statements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and achieving desired profit margins.
- Provide regular reports on financial performance, campaign ROI, and resource allocation.
5. Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Define and track KPIs for the city's digital marketing activities, including traffic growth, conversion rates, and client ROI.
- Regularly report performance metrics to senior leadership and provide insights on future growth strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 4+ years in a leadership or business management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a digital marketing setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing multiple client priorities.
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with the city's local digital marketing landscape.
- Acumen to build and lead a team
