Different set of clients, earlier people were good to work with.

Dislikes

A nightmare for any freelancer. There is no schedule for either allotment of work or payment. The software is bad and their reliance on it makes matters worse. The lady handling everything is extremely difficult to work with as she seems to have problems in following/understanding email threads.

Earlier it was okay, now really bad.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
