Good for initial salary if you can negotiate . 12-15 LPA for freshers.

Dislikes

Very bad culture & management. Mandatory 10h daily, treating like labour. 70% of team leave within 6-7 months of joining. No clear vision at all. Daily new projects are started & discarded any time. No learning or growth. Inconsistent salary which comes between 1st-2nd week of next month & even amount changes anytime with reasons like hours not completed or leave not added. They don't even have an actual MERN Project, made us do work in PHP. They talk of migration, but it's been in talk for 5 years now according to seniors. Talk to anyone in the company, all wanna leave....Read More
