Techizer is an excellent place to learn, grow, make friends and earn a professional family. The close knit family is a great place to work and the teams are very warm. Work Details

It was fun. It was exciting. Everyday was a challenge. And the results were great. I had a great team and the technical team was very supportive. I had the best of the clients as well who respected Techizer and me since I represented it. Good times..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
