teammates are good, job security is 50%, HR is very arrogant, , appraisal pattern is depends 10%- 20% average.

Dislikes

Total 5 employees only, Behavior of HR is not good (after 6 month of the resignation still waiting for the settlement and their rules are different than the industry. No travel no training for the employ, only director travel..

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
