Very Selfish company and selfish owner. Management is missing in this company even not have any HR in this company. On 31st March, he sent me a mail that due to covid 19 you are on unpaid leaves until furthur notice of the company. They sent me a mail without discussion to me. After that, 21 may they sent me termination mail and gave me a reason that we have not funds. But the actual reason is, the owner take advantage of the crisis. He get out many employees to unpaid leaves and rest of the employees are working in 50% salary deduction. In this crisis time, they hired upto 10 new employees 6 from IIM and my question is if they have not any funds then how can he hired new people. And he terminated me without any notice. Because they don't care who you're, how much experience you have, they will fire you for very little to no reason only to save salaries. Especially if you're experienced because they earn more than interns.
