I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is no job security. If you are on leave during your salary credit date , then your salary will never be credited until your back from leaves. Even if you have taken prior approval of your holidays. The company doesn’t trust there employees n so do employees. Also either you leave the company or company fires you. There is no in between.
